TERMS OF REFERENCE
PUBLIC RELATIONS & COMMUNICATIONS COMMITTEE | |
The Public Relations & Communications Committee will: | |
| 1. | Meet at the call of the Chairperson. |
| 2. | Make recommendations to the Board of Directors, or, if of an urgent nature, to the Executive Committee, regarding internal and external P.R. programmes with special emphasis on the development of specific programmes and procedures to enhance both the image of the teacher and the teachers' self-image. |
| 3. | 3. Provide media training/awareness programs on as is needs basis. |
| 4. | Work with other teacher organizations particularly in the Atlantic region, to develop and implement the regional public relations strategies. |
| 5. | Develop resources and information to assist NBTA School Reps in carrying out their responsibilities. |
| 6. | Evaluate the current Logo program and develop proposals for review, consideration, expansion and delivery. |
